Coworking Space Guidelines
Welcome to The Stourbridge Project
Together, we are building a community of coworking professionals in and around Wayne County. These guidelines are intended to ensure value and enjoyment for all users.
Work Environment
One work area per person (most important when it’s busy).
Keep work areas clean for yourself and others.
Keep noise levels moderate. Use headphones and earbuds.
Turn cell phone to vibrate/mute.
Look for other spaces for long calls - some spots in the building, or enjoy a walk on the trail or a bench in the park…
Hold extended discussions in common areas or quietly at a table when it’s not busy
Adults are to accompany those age 18 and under or prior approval can be given.
No smoking, alcohol, firearms/weapons, hazardous material or illegal activities are permitted.
Abusive or disruptive language/behavior is not permitted.
Garbage should be disposed of properly.
No overnight sleeping!!!
Meeting rooms are reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Subscriptions are available for 24/7 access. Apply and pay through the store on the website. Pick up your FOB at the office.
Privacy is important for all who use the space! Everyone is entitled to confidentiality. Please mind your business and forget anything that is not your business when you leave. You automatically agree to observe this when you are present in the space!!
Confidentiality, Indemnification and other Legal Agreements
You accept and agree to all policies regarding the protection and non-disclosure of any proprietary or confidential information to which you may inadvertently exposed to while working within the coworking space and also to the WEDCO indemnification agreement. You also accept all other posted legal agreements that cover issues such as Use of Services, Disclaimer of Warranties, Liability Limitations, Non-Disparagement, Severability and Security. A current copy of these agreements is available upon written request to WEDCO.
