April 26: The Selling a Small Business and Succession Planning for a Small Business module provides an overview of selling a small business and succession planning and is designed to help participants to understand how selling a business can benefit their business.

Services to Wayne and Pike Counties are delivered through the Eastern Pennsylvania SBA District Office in King of Prussia and through partnerships with public and private organizations.
Your facilitator is Sonia Smith, Public Information Officer with the SBA’s Eastern Pennsylvania District Office. Sonia was a successful entrepreneur who started a home-based tech business and grew it to 15 full-time employees before selling it and joining the public sector.
